Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Hespor Finance ("we") handles personal information collected through finance.hespor.com. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

Eligibility check and status requests: your name, company, business email, phone, website, country and the business information you enter (revenue band, years trading, purchase volumes, supplier readiness, financial-statement status and any message).
Assistant questions: the text of questions you type into the website assistant, without your name.
Technical data: your IP address is used transiently for rate limiting and bot protection. We use cookie-free, privacy-first analytics.

Why we use it

To produce your preliminary assessment and send you the result and next steps.
To contact you about your enquiry and, if you engage us, to prepare your application.
To improve our website content (for example, adding FAQ answers to common questions).
To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We share your information with a Chinese supplier or with Sinosure only when you engage us to prepare an application and only as needed for it.

Service providers

Cloudflare — hosting, database storage, bot protection (Turnstile) and security.
Resend — delivery of automated emails.
An AI model provider (Cloudflare Workers AI or Groq) may process the text of assistant questions to generate an answer. Do not enter personal or confidential information in the assistant.

These providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if we are engaged and records must be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Assistant questions are kept for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to further contact, by emailing info@hespor.com. We respond within 30 days.
